November 2025 Gaming PC Sweepstakes — Official Rules

1. Eligibility

The November 2025 Gaming PC Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees of PCBros LLC (“Sponsor”), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers, and the immediate family/household members of such employees are not eligible. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

2. Agreement to Rules

By participating, entrants agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Official Rules and represent that they meet the eligibility requirements. Entrants agree that Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes.

3. Sweepstakes Period

Entries will be accepted from November 1, 2025 at 12:00 AM EST through November 30, 2025 at 11:59 PM EST. All entries, including mail-in entries, must be received by November 30, 2025 at 11:59 PM EST.

4. How to Enter

Purchase Entry: Purchase any item at https://pcbros.tech using a valid email address and phone number at checkout. Each completed purchase counts as one (1) entry.
Mail-In Entry (Free): Handwrite your full name, phone number, and email address on a plain 3 × 5 card and mail it in a stamped envelope to:

Each mail-in entry must be received by November 30, 2025 at 11:59 PM EST. Each entry must be mailed separately.

Entries that are incomplete or non-compliant may be disqualified at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Limit one (1) entry per person, regardless of method. Use of multiple identities, email addresses, or any automated system to enter is prohibited.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive a Custom Gaming PC valued at $1,000 USD. The specific configuration/components are determined solely by Sponsor. No cash or prize substitution is permitted except at Sponsor’s discretion. Prize is non-transferable. All federal, state, and local taxes and any other expenses related to acceptance/use of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use winner’s name, likeness, and statements for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

6. Odds

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be selected in a random drawing under Sponsor’s supervision on or about December 1, 2025, and notified by email within five (5) days. If the winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 72 hours of notification, or fails to provide required documentation, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. Sponsor is not responsible for email/spam filters or incorrect contact information.

8. Rights Granted by You

By entering, you grant Sponsor and its affiliates the irrevocable right to use your name, likeness, voice, image, and statements about the Sweepstakes for promotional, advertising, and informational purposes in any media without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

9. Terms

Sponsor may cancel, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes if technical failures, fraud, or other causes beyond its control affect the fairness or integrity of the promotion. Sponsor may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these Rules. Use of bots, macros, scripts, or other automated means of entry is prohibited. Any attempt to deliberately damage a website or undermine the Sweepstakes may constitute a violation of criminal and civil laws; Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law. By entering, you agree to receive occasional promotional emails from Sponsor; you may unsubscribe at any time via the link in those emails.

10. Limitation of Liability

By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, partners, employees, and representatives from any claims, damages, or losses arising directly or indirectly from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance/use of the prize, including but not limited to technical malfunctions, unauthorized human intervention, or administrative errors.

11. Disputes

This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States and the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to conflict of law principles. All disputes shall be resolved individually, without class action, exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction in Louisville, Kentucky. Entrants waive any right to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages beyond actual out-of-pocket expenses related to participation.

13. Winner List

To obtain the winner’s name or a copy of these Official Rules, mail a self-addressed, stamped envelope to:
