This PC has the Ryzen 5 8400F, a newer AM5 CPU into the Ryzen 5 family and it performs quite well for its price in 1080p Esports titles. Paired with it is the RTX 5060, and this card with its 8GB of VRAM matches up nicely for high to ultra settings gaming in 1080p. This makes for a fantastic PC for its price. The supporting hardware on this PC is also set up nicely with 16GB of dual channel RAM, as well as a 1TB Gen 4 NVMe SSD. This PC is inside this nice Thermaltake View 270 with tempered glass on both sides creating a great look inside to your powerful components!

These are the minimum system requirements for installing Windows 11 on a PC.
